Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Once you've setup network installation, you might want to have an internal mirror of the Fedora repos to point to. This requires configuring httpd to serve static files (which is the probably the simplest usecase there is for httpd).
