Hi everyone!

I guess you all know Rowan from our meetings over the past few months. And you may have noticed a lot of contributions, especially to documentation. Therefore, I asked him if he would like to formally join our working group, and he agreed.

In accordance with our rules, I therefore formally propose that we accept Rowan
(FAS goroboro; Matrix @goroboro:matrix.org) as a member.

You can find more information about him on his Fedora people Wiki page.

In accordance with our aforementioned rule, all formally appointed members of the Server Working Group are entitled to vote. The election period lasts 14 days (July 31).
