In support of #32, we need to determine how large the the installation iso would grow if it includes all recommended packages. We can then determine what is a "good" size on #32.

In so far as this issue is in support of #32, I don't know that we need to carry this issue. #32 is related to a wider-scoped issue that goes well beyond fedora-server.

I think we can close this, because we have already reset the max size of Fedora Server. I believe we are also currently in line with other editions, but I would have to check specifically on this.
