Fix typographical errors in virtualization section #199

This pull request makes the following changes to the virtualization section of the documentation:

Fix spelling and punctuation errors.
Switch to US English spellings where applicable.
Avoid the use of hidden/ambiguous Unicode characters where ASCII characters would suffice.

I tried to take a light-touch approach here, but happy to update the PR if any changes are too aggressive.

Please, could you update the Metadata, too? And you should add your name, and probably and remove Fred, who hasn’t been involved with Server WG for a long time (to keep the author's list short and meaningful).

And there is an exclamation mark about an ambiguous Unicode character.
