After making significant edits to the Minutes pages for the Fedora Server Working group, I wanted to make this PR. I have completed the "Current" minutes page which has all of the information for our Fedora Server Working Group minutes in 2022. I have completed the archive of minutes from the "reboot" in December 2020 through 2021. I have a page started that will be the archive from 2013 that I hope to finish soon with another pull request in the coming week.

In looking again at this PR, I'm not sure why it added docs/antora.yml and site.yml and wg/antora.yml because I don't remember changing those in my branch, so please double check whether those three pages should be merged or not. The other changes are ones that I know that I did. I'm kind of new to git, so I might have made some mistakes when creating the documentation.
