Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Since #439 has been accepted, there is one more (system) application worth mentioning.
There is currently no keyboard shortcut available to open the System Monitor. The Ctrl + Alt + Del (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) shortcut from Microsoft Windows is well known and used by millions of users daily.
Upstream ticket: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-settings-daemon/-/work_items/672
Quoting https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-settings-daemon/-/merge_requests/257/#note_1255690
But let me bring this issue to the next FWWG meeting.
We've talked about this request on the today's FWWG meeting and the outcome is that unlike #439 we don't see the System Monitor that important, so we will defer to upstream. Even in the case of upstream allowing to set a shortcut for it, we won't be adding an override to enable it, so a user will have to manually set it. @aday promised to comment in the upstream issue.
Also in the meeting some of the attendees were surprised that the Ctrl + Alt + Del currently brings the logout dialog which it not seen as expected.
