So I added @jelly and @lis to https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/ocp-cico-cockpit/ and removed @mmarusak from the group.
So it's not possible to set it as this by default, but it should be possible to create an script with api calls that will do that for every new repository automatically like this:

I'm not sure, but I think that you should be able to invite other people to the group when you are in it. Let me know if that is true.

Found out that all the repositories created directly by CLI push are created as private by default. So currently investigating how to set them to be public by default when pushed by Bodhi.

Adding it to the group actually allowed me to delete the old instance. It's in terminated state, so I assume that's it.
