 		eln: Ship 20-rhel.toml for RHEL-aligned bootc install defaults 
Sets XFS as the default root filesystem for `bootc install to-disk`,
matching CentOS Stream 10 / RHEL bootc behavior.

 		Rename Tekton components back to standard 
Revert commit 4556853 which temporarily used minimal-plus naming.
Now that the tenants-config MR will add the standard component,
we can use the correct naming throughout.

This creates the fedora-bootc-eln-standard component which matches
the standard tier manifest that ELN builds.

Depends on tenants-config MR to add ELN standard component.

 		Revert Tekton component names to minimal-plus 
Keep the existing component name (fedora-bootc-eln-minimal-plus) to match
the tenant configuration, while the manifest continues to build the standard
tier. The component name is just an internal identifier - the actual image
tier is controlled by the manifest.

This allows the build to succeed with the existing tenant setup. A follow-up
MR can rename the component once the tenant configuration is updated.

Note: Pipeline triggers still watch standard.yaml and standard/ paths since
ELN now inherits from standard.

 		Switch ELN from minimal-plus to standard tier 
Per yselkowitz's feedback, ELN should use the standard profile to match
rhel-bootc. This provides a more complete base image with enterprise
features like SSSD authentication, NFS support, TPM2/Clevis integration,
and better admin tooling.

Changes:
- eln/manifest.yaml: inherit from standard instead of minimal-plus
- README.md: update ELN description to reflect standard tier
- Rename Tekton pipelines: fedora-bootc-eln-minimal-plus-* -> fedora-bootc-eln-standard-*
- Update pipeline triggers to include standard.yaml and standard/ paths

 		install-manifests: Handle ELN as rawhide-only variant 
ELN manifests should only be installed on rawhide/main branch.
When stable release branches are created (e.g., F44), the eln/
directory and fedora-eln.yaml should be manually removed from
those branches to prevent ELN from being available on stable
releases.

This change installs ELN manifests conditionally rather than
including 'eln' in the main loop, making it clearer that ELN
is a special case that needs manual handling during release
branching.

Add MANIFEST=fedora-eln: minimal-plus base for Enterprise Linux Next (ELN),
using distro fedora and ELN repos at build time. The resulting image is
published as centos-eln.
